Terms and Conditions of Sale

The prices indicated in our website are subject to change without prior notice. Supreme Condensers reserves the right to correct prices or calculation errors as well as correct typographical and publishing errors.

We reserve the right to refuse an order for justifiable reasons including but not limited to financial incongruencies that may put one of the involved parties in a jeopardized position. Cancellations are not common but in the event the need arises, we will contact the customer through the email address they have indicated in the order.

Risk of Loss

Purchase of items from our website is considered final 30 days after the original invoice date. By placing the order, your purchase is made pursuant to our shipping terms, which follow F.O.B. shipping point. The risk of loss and title of any item is passed to you at the shipping point, as the carrier accepts the goods for transport.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you did not receive the part you ordered, we can provide you assistance in filing a claim with the shipping company, but you must immediately contact us within two (2) full days after the carrier’s estimated delivery date. All requests must be made within twenty-one (21) days from the date of shipment for any possibility of claim.

Kindly inspect all items upon receipt and notify us within 24 hours of receipt if it is apparently mislabeled, appears to be used, or has damages and you need to return or exchange them. DO NOT ACCEPT the package if it is mislabeled, damaged, or the packaging seal has been broken. If a mislabeled, damaged, or tampered package is delivered to your stated address when you were not present, contact FedEx delivery and notify us immediately. Only notifications received within 24 hours will be entertained.

Warranty

All parts are covered by a one-year standard manufacturer’s warranty. Under no circumstances will our liability exceed the amount of the original sale. The warranty does not cover airfreight charges, labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses resulting from installation errors. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We will not reimburse any return shipping charges incurred and is not responsible for any loss of shipments being claimed under warranty.

Return Policy

Authorized returns will be accepted within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. All returns are subject for inspection. The return core or part must be intact in their original condition and packaging and not disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation or handling. The company will not assume expenses incurred for repair, labor, towing, and other related costs resulting from the use and installation of wrong or defective parts. If the shipment arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please repackage the item/s in the original shipping container and we will arrange for its return.

All returns are shipped via prepaid freight by the customer.

Return Procedure

Request for an RGA form by calling our Customer Service Department and fill it out with all the required information. Email it to customerservice@supremecondensers.com. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. We will reply to your request with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Refund

Refunds for returns or cores normally process and credit within 30 days from the date we receive your return at the warehouse.

Original and Return Freight Charges are not reimbursable unless the return is a direct result of our error.

A restocking fee of 15% of the unit price of the return part and a $7 re-boxing fee will be charged for all returns (unused and in the same shipping condition) due to change of mind, not needing the part, lost sale, and similar cases.

For returns due to erroneously sent or damaged items, no restocking fees will be collected; however, if received after the 30-day period, the return will be charged a fee of 15% of the item’s price and a $7 re-boxing fee even if the items meet the return criteria.

Service manuals, installed items, and those with tampered security seals are non-returnable.
